Applications for services pertaining to ordinary passports only are accepted at Indian Passport & Visa Service Centres. Applicants seeking the following services are advised to submit their applications directly at the Embassy of India, Kuwait..

1. Issues relating to Official / Diplomatic / Special Passports.
2. PIO / OCI cards.
3. Emergency Certificates.
